We treat all refunds on a case by case basis. If your product is defective or incorrect and you want to apply for a credit please contact us at email@example.com. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within one week after receipt. Please note that all credits will take 3-5 days to process and we do not cover shipping costs for the returned product.
The product must be actively listed and sold by both us and a Canadian competitor. Send us a link to the product that shows the product name, price, and company. Price matches are usually only available for identical products from the same manufacturer. Our price match policy does not apply to close out sales, limited quantity sales or errors on competitive advertisements.
